Weird!
This is a very interesting idea!
The one thing I noticed is that the fish bowl looked rather vectored, or cartoonish, while the cat and fish are both photos. This conbination look abit odd together..

The only issue I have is the theory behind it. Too bad you didn't flip the bowl and have the cat in atr and the fish in water...I just think it would make more sense....IE that cat doesn't look like he is in water now ...he is in air...

Nice concept.

Would work on the kitty's underwater look a bit longer.

Shadows don't seem to match up with the light sources.
